How is our Welder Course structured?

Our Welder Course starts with the fundamentals: you begin by welding sheets and structural components in simple positions. Subsequently, you progress to more complex positions: vertical and overhead. Finally, you will learn to weld various thicknesses and materials.

Once you have mastered welding structural components, you will advance to pipe welding on a positioner, enabling you to weld pipes in situ.

The ITAFORMA welder course is intensive, 8 hours a day. You will work continuously with an instructor who will guide you step-by-step and explain the theoretical aspects of welding.

Our trainees are highly sought after by companies because they are proficient in welding in kneeling, prone, and ambidextrous positions.

OUR METHODOLOGY

The Welding Instructor explains and demonstrates how to perform a weld. The trainee replicates it multiple times until the Welding Inspector deems it of good quality. Once the technique is mastered, subsequent steps are undertaken, learning different modalities, welding other materials, and in various welding positions, until the entire course is completed.

Welding Certification
UNI EN ISO 9606

Legally mandatory and required by most companies.

The Welder Certification attests to a welder's proficiency and is crucial to obtain because it is almost always legally required and is the first thing companies seeking to hire a welder request.

To find employment, a training or participation certificate issued by a school is insufficient; one must aim for the UNI EN ISO 9606 Welding Certification, which is issued by an International Certification Body following an examination where a national inspector assesses your skills and welds, both visually and internally through radiography or destructive testing of the welded piece.
