Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data"), the processing of personal information about you will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and in relation to the personal data of which we will come into possession, we inform you of the following:

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
L’art. 7 del Dlgs. n.196/2003 conferisce all’interessato l’esercizio di specifici diritti, quali ad esempio:il diritto di ottenere dal titolare del trattamento dei dati la conferma dell’esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano e la messa a disposizione dei medesimi in forma intelligibile;
il diritto di conoscere l’origine dei dati, la logica e le finalità su cui si basa il loro trattamento;
il diritto di ottenere la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione della legge, come pure l’aggiornamento, la rettifica o, qualora l’interessato vi abbia interesse, l’integrazione dei dati medesimi;
il diritto di opporsi in tutto o in parte, per motivi legittimi, al trattamento dei propri dati personali ancorché pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta;
il diritto di opporsi in tutto o in parte al trattamento previsto ai fini di informazione commerciale o di invio di materiale pubblicitario.

Nell’esercizio dei diritti di cui all’art. 7 l’interessato può conferire, per iscritto, delega o procura a persone fisiche oppure ad associazioni. DURATION OF TREATMENT
